Service Description

Ride in comfort in our spacious Yukon Denali XL. With fewer passengers, we are able to load bikes faster and get you to the top before the other shuttles. The default price is for the "Lower Trails." For a shuttle to Middle Spinal Tap or Upper Spinal Tap select the "Middle Spinal Tap," or "Upper Spinal Tap" add-on for each rider. The drive time to the lower trails is about 15-20 minutes, 40 minutes to middle spinal tap, and about 1 hour to upper spinal tap trailhead.

Cancellation Policy

a. Cancelations are allowed up to 48 hours before the start time of the trip/shuttle. In the event that you must cancel within 48 hours of the trip/shuttle you will receive a refund of 50% of the total cost of the trip. No refunds will be issued after, or on the same day of the trip. b. Rescheduling is allowed up to 24 hours before the start time of the trip/shuttle. c. If we determine that the weather conditions make it unsafe or impractical to conduct the trip, we will offer you the option to reschedule or receive a full refund of your deposit and any other payments made. We will not run shuttles on days where the trails are excessively muddy, in such a case you will be subjected to a full refund or the chance to reschedule.
